Nautical Bathroom

While shopping in the dollar store, I came across some blue glass sea shells. And thinking about decorating my bathroom in a nautical theme. I got a glass plate, candle holder and a white candle.

Once I had it all in front of me, the blue glass shells seemed a bit dull, so out came the glitter : )

I painted each shell with a lite coat of gold  and crystal glitter. I then painted the same glitter onto the side of the candle. The candle has a wave design along the sides, I painted along the waves.
After the glitter dried, I glued the shells onto the glass.

Today I am going to paint the walls in the bathroom, a tan and baseboards white.
